by going to the Times Record site
and scrolling down till you reach the article on Alex Petroff, or you can use the archive search for Petroff. (For some reason the original link here didn't work).

If you can't get to the website through the (horrendously long) link, try just going to www.timesrecord.com and click the News tab, then scroll down; if it's not there, search Archives under Petroff.
